TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Delivery

All delivery times are subject to traffic, weather, and other unforeseen conditions.

2. Packaging Requirements

All packages must be securely packed and clearly labeled with the consignee’s full address for safe handling.

3. Limits of Liability

Numode’s liability is limited to $2.00 per pound per shipment, up to a maximum of $50.00 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared at the time of order.

Declared values exceeding $50.00 will be charged at $4.00 per $100.00 of declared value, up to a maximum of $1,000.00.

Any shipment with a declared value must be approved in writing by Numode management and must be sent via SUPER-HOT service.

4. Notice of Claim

Numode assumes no liability for claims arising from improper packaging, traffic delays, or weather conditions.

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the shipment date via email.

5. Fragile Goods

Numode will not be held responsible for damage or delays caused by improper labeling.

Fragile items must be clearly labeled “FRAGILE”, and Numode must be notified at the time the order is placed.

6. Credit Privileges

All shipments are cash basis unless the customer has an approved credit account with Numode Transport Ltd. established prior to the service. The shipper is responsible for payment of all shipping charges, including any Collect Shipment costs that are not paid by the consignee for any reason.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 15 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Tenders

Tenders will not be accepted without prior written approval from Numode management.

All tender shipments must be sent via SUPER-HOT service.

Numode is not liable for any delays due to weather or traffic conditions.

9. Dangerous Goods (DG)

All DG shipments must be properly declared, labeled, and accompanied by the required documentation prior to pickup.

Numode assumes no liability for issues arising from the shipment of dangerous goods.

All DG shipments are subject to an applicable DG surcharge.

10. Unloading and Wait Time

A limited grace period is provided for unloading and waiting. Additional charges will apply after this period.

11. Incorrect Address or Failed Pickup

A 50% charge (minimum $5) will apply for any attempted pickup where the address is incorrect, or the shipment is not ready.

12. Fuel Surcharge

All shipments are subject to a Variable Fuel Surcharge.

13. Cubic Weight

All shipments are billed at a dimensional weight of 15 lbs per cubic foot. Calculations of dimensional weight are subject to change without notice.

14. Delivery Time Disclaimer

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Numode is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or acts of nature.

15. Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy
